We offer a deep evaluation of your employer brand, looking at what candidates, employees and alumni are saying about your company online. This helps you understand how your company is viewed and how to improve the overall employer brand from the inside out.
Additionally, I speak at schools to help 6th formers understand how the world of work has changed, and how they can find competitive advantage during their transition.
Andy came and gave a highly motivating and interesting talk to our Sixth Form on identifying what motivates them for their future career, and the importance of developing their own vision, purpose and values for work. All our pupils were hugely receptive and found the content both accessible and relevant, as they start to think about their future. It was a fresh perspective and pupils were able to engage with Andy’s content and delivery.
